The Reebok TrainTone Slimm is a stylish gym friendly trainer equipped with Reebok's revolutionary new concept, innovative TrainTone technology, which is designed to improve your workout and allow you to get the best rewards by toning and strengthening key leg and bum muscles whilst training. TrainTone activates certain muscles in your leg and bum more than traditional gym shoes, meaning you can intensify your workout. This involves the use of two shallow balance pods situated in the heel and the middle of the sole with a grip strip at the front. Moving air technology in the built-in balance pods transfer air in response to your stride and creates instability to promote toning. TrainTone offers similar benefits to EasyTone but the flexible forefoot is more suitable for fitness classes and training sessions. Unlike the Easytone, you can run on the treadmill and enjoy your aerobics class by staying stable enough to engage muscle tone.
